Time flies when your having fun...isn't that what they say.

Well I am back...still new at this blogging. So if anyone is out there reading this....which I doubt, cause I could hardly find my own blog; bare with me. I have taken pictures of a few of the Christmas cards I made this year, so i will get those posted on shortly. Hard to believe it is mid February already in 2013. I had to ask my sister what she wanted today for her birthday because it is sneaking up on me. Since I live in Manitoba and she lives in North Dakota, the mail takes more than a couple days for it to arrive....like 7-10 days to be exact. Now that I am back at it...i will take some pictures tonight of the Valentine's cards I made for my co-workers and my hubby and get those posted as well. You will just have so much to look at, before we know it Easter will be here! Have fun!

There is no try....only do or do not.

Hello and welcome to my blog. I am not really sure what you re suppose to type for your very first post. So I will just start typing. The main reason I created this blog was so I could download the cards I make. I needed a place where I could post them so I can enter contests from some really wonderful sites. My friend created a blog this past year and she has encouraged me to start one of my own. See her link below. Consider it done! You might be wondering how I came up with the name for my blog " Up Sheep Creek Creations". There was this cute little store in Saskatoon, SK that I frequented quite often when I lived in Saskatoon. It was as my husband called it a "nik nak" store. It had wonderful rustic decor items and candles along with many other great rustic items. It's name is Up Sheep Creek. I thought it was such a clever play on words.

My husband and I have no sheep, only a terrier named Charlie, a cat named Angel and a bearded dragon named Beefy. The lizard was my husbands idea...but you know he is a pretty easy to care for pet. Only problem is when Angel "the terrible" lets him out of his encloser. It has happened at least 5 times....we hope she is just courious and doesn't want to have Beefy for a snack.

I will get some pictures of the cards I have made for Christmas tonight and post a few of my favorites for you to see. It has been so much fun creating them. I only wonder how much the postage will be to put them in the mail. Guess we will have to see.

My friends blog site...enjoy!
